The location of the cottage was superb, just a stone's throw away from the picturesque harbor. the village atmosphere was excellent, with friendly residents and many interesting places to visit nearby. the cottage itself was clean and well-equipped, with a cozy and peaceful environment. the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The parking situation was quite difficult. the local traffic warden was particularly vigilant and seemed to be laying in wait wherever we went.

Staithes is a lovely village with coffee shops and great pubs for eating in. the fishing at the harbour was good and the area was perfect for beachcombing and fossilling. the parking situation may be challenging for those with mobility issues, but the village itself has a charming, car-free atmosphere. Loved it!

The village atmosphere and friendly residents create a warm and cosy environment, making it a great place for women traveling alone. there are plenty of lovely restaurants and coffee shops to explore, providing a variety of dining options. the cottage itself is described as cosy, olde worldly, and homely, with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
One minor inconvenience mentioned by a guest was the limited parking options, which required parking outside of the village in a pay car park up a steep hill. This may pose a challenge for older or less mobile individuals, but it's worth noting that this is a common issue in the area, and does not detract from the beauty and charm of the location.

The Cottage, High Street was a little peace of heaven for a chill out weekend. It had everything I needed and more. The cottage itself was very nice and cute, with a well-equipped kitchen. The central location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the harbour and within walking distance of all areas of the town. There were also two local pubs nearby, offering amazing food, and a cafe right across the road for delicious sandwiches and coffee. The cottage was clean and well-maintained, giving off a reassuring scent of polish. Despite the parking challenges in the village, I managed to unload my car outside the property and found an allocated parking space at the top of the town. I'll definitely recommend this cottage for a relaxing break in Staithes.
